Special Instructions DARE COUNTY Extension Center, 517 Budleigh Street, Manteo, NC 27954. Traveling 64 East from Raleigh. Drive time from Raleigh approximately (3.5 hours) 200 miles. Travel east towards the coast. Coming in on Highway 64 East, go across the Virginia Dare Bridge (approximately five mile long bridge), turn left at the stoplight onto Highway 64 West (Virginia Dare ROAD) into Manteo. Go to the third traffic light and turn right onto Budleigh Street. The Cooperative Extension Office is the first building on the left on Budleigh Street and the corner of Hwy 64. Traveling from Hwy 158. Cross over the Washington Baum Bridge and turn right at the second stoplight entering Hwy 64. Turn right at the third stoplight onto Budleigh Street.
