State Presentation WinnersJoin us on the North Carolina 4-H Facebook page tonight, August 6, 2020, at 7 p.m. to celebrate the accomplishments of our State 4-H Presentation participants. NC 4-H’ers took their skills to the test this year and 315 4-H’ers from across the state participated in District and State 4-H Presentation contest. They each submitted videos of their presentations for the competition. Normally their presentations are live in front of a set of judges, but this year, they made the best better by recording their videos. Tonight we will showcase the State winners with a Facebook Premier video of our winners.

Presentations are a huge part of North Carolina 4-H. It is one of the most successful ways to help a young person learn how to do a public speech. It focuses on members teaching others what they know about a particular project/subject matter. They are sometimes called demonstrations or illustrated talk or a formal speech.
