Join us as we take part in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census. North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Dare County will host a pollinator talk and census at the Outer Banks Arboretum & Teaching Garden on Friday August 23 at ten am. Meet us in Blueberry cove to learn about pollinators then we'll find a plant to watch for fifteen minutes and count all the pollinating insects that land on it. Master Gardener volunteers will collect data after the census to contribute to this wonderful citizen science project. Can't make it in person? Check out how you can be involved by clicking the link and counting at home.
