Anyone out there ready for an in-person cooking class? It’s been almost a year and I’m beyond ready! This will absolutely be done in the safest manner possible. The teaching/cooking area will be cleaned thoroughly before and after the class. Masks will be required and there will be 6’ or more between participants. You will work alone (unless you’re from the same household) to make your dishes as another precaution. Because space is at a premium, the class will be limited to 7 people and the cost will be $10 per person.
Participants will learn about the health benefits of eating the Mediterranean way and will prepare a lunch of Seared Salmon over Kale and Napa Cabbage Slaw and make delicious Balsamic Berries with Honey Yogurt for dessert. Due to regulations, you will not be able to eat during the class, but you will leave with a delicious dinner to enjoy at your home.
The class will be Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Dare County office.
Again, we can have only 7 per class. Looking forward to cooking with you very soon!
