FREE exercise kits are FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED to the first 40 participants to sign up. These kits are provided in part with JCPC funding and donations from the Roanoke Island Fitness Lab. They are designated for Dare County 4-H’ers. Participants must register in 4HOnline prior to receiving their kit.

Program Details

Included in this program are 10 workouts. While the program is self-paced, we encourage you to make notes on your progress through the five weeks! In addition to the 10 workouts, we have included a 4-H Health Rocks yoga activity and a MyPlate nutrition guide to aid in your healthier lifestyle. Workouts should be completed based on comfort level.

Program Goal

Provide opportunities to develop interest in healthy living in a way that encourages exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness.
