Breakfast foods

This month’s Mediterranean Kit is going to focus on “the most important meal of the day – breakfast!”  What better way to get your day started than with a healthy, delicious breakfast?

The meal kit will have all the directions and ingredients you need to make three different types of breakfasts. The first is Med Morning Muesli, which is an overnight oatmeal recipe with fruit and nuts. The second is Banana Oatmeal Pancakes topped with fresh fruit. And finally, Avocado Toast, which is a quick and delicious way to get in a nice serving of fiber, protein, and good fats for the day.

We hope you enjoy this month’s kit and stayed tuned for more!
